The Grand and Corra Lynn Projects Featured in Central Coast Business Review 2024
As 2024 comes to an end demolition on the former Creighton’s Funeral site at 27-37 Mann Street, Gosford South will see construction on the next high rise residential development in Gosford commence early in 2025.
The site consolidates six properties creating an area of over 1,800sqm and includes the heritage listed Creighton Funeral Parlour built in 1938 and presently used as a cocktail bar.
To be known as The Grand the property is being developed by ACE Property Development Group with construction by 4-star iCERT rated builder TQM Design and Construct in a joint venture.
Designed by architects Kann Finch, The Grand will comprise 123 apartments from 1-bedroom to 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms plus penthouses selling from $1.75 million in a 19 storey tower with Food and Beverage Precinct.
ACE Property are presently developing Corra Lynn at 3-5 Lynn Avenue, Point Frederick. Corra Lynn will be an exclusive community of 20 luxury apartments including the 1916 built Corra Lynn House which has been meticulously restored.
