    An Occupation Certificate Audit of The Queen has been carried out by Authorised Officers (NSW Fair Trading Inspectors) appointed under Section 13 of the RAB Act. It involved a review of the designs and documentation (including contracts) associated with the building work, as well as an on-site inspection/s focusing on the key building elements as defined in the RAB Act, which relate to, but are not limited to structure, waterproofing, fire rating systems, building essential services (aspects of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services) and the building enclosure.

    The audit carried out on the building work completed and signed off on 15 Feb 2022.
